Step 1 - Sending an Enquiry for availability : Simply fill out the "Enquire availability Form on the property page" We will respond as promptly as possible by Email, Fax or by phone with our current availability
Step 2 - If the property is available and you want to book it , to avoid loosing availability you should contact us as soon as possible with the intention to CONFIRM FROM YOUR END and BOOK BY CREDIT CARD OR BANK TRANSFER OR BY A GUARANTEED CHEQUE. We will then send you the appropriate form to sign and fax back to us preferably within 24hrs
Step 3 On official Receipt of a valid payment- Your booking will be fully confirmed in writing by means of a booking voucher. Please ensure to send us your correct email address and/or Regular Postal Address so that we can send you the booking voucher/receipt.

When booking the accommodation you are in agreement to the following terms and conditions
Payment Options
In order
to secure your reservation
You may pay by
Minimum deposit of 30% is required after confirmation of availability. We prefer payment by SWIFT bank wire transfer or by credit card, for which we will send you a credit card form or our bank details .
Deposits
When
booking more than 3 months in advance .. at the time of booking a 30% deposit is
due. The balance is strictly due 45 days prior to arrival or 'check in' date .
If the balance or full
payment for accommodation is not received by latest 45 days prior to
arrival / check in date the validity of the reservation will be in a state of
lapse- If Payment in full of the balance is still not received by latest 45
days prior to arrival / check in date , the Reservation may be cancelled at
the property owners or agents discretion without any further notice.
Transfers & Transport to the Property It is important to allow us to organize your transfer to the property (due to delivery of keys and finding the property easily on arrival) We can also arrange Car hire for you and can be delivered to the property.
Delivery of property keys

Due to need to
deliver property keys at any time of the day or night, depending on your
arrival time, it is important that you allow us to arrange for your transport
to the holiday property:
You can book the transport online here As you receive the Keys you will
normally have to sign a receipt form. Unless it is included in your booking
you can pay the transfer-fare to our authorized representative /or the
driver or car agent direct at the airport, heliport or ferry-port, or when you
arrive at the agreed destination, as the case may be.
Keys of the property on arrival:
If you decide not to take our
transport option and drive yourselves unassisted to the property, the delivery
of keys to any point in Malta will be provided by one of our representatives and
will incur a charge of LM10 payable locally. The same charge of Lm10 will apply
if you are lost and need assistance in locating the property. As stated,
the Keys of every property are usually handed over on arrival at the
airport or heliport- ( It is Important for us to have your flight details as
early as possible so as to arrange Transfer/Transport on your arrival). Loss of
keys may incur you to pay a fine of up to LM25- On receiving the keys you may
have to sign a receipt-form - so please have your Passport no. or ID card no.

Airport transfers/car hire Unless otherwise agreed, the meeting point is usually the Airport Arrivals Lounge, just outside customs . When you provide us with your flight No. and arrival time details , we will engage our representative driver, who will be waiting for you with your name printed on a paper to be identified- Please wait until you see your name and do not rush off for just any taxi. You can book the transport online here Failure to provide us with your flight information in time will not allow us to arrange your transfer to the property properly; and thus do not take any responsibility for any delays in directing you to the property location.
Calling us locally . In case of emergency (eg. you fail to encounter the representative/taxi driver or agent) call us locally on 21378781 - or 00356 21378389 (NB if you are using your mobile phone- you may need to dial the Malta STD Code as prefix, which is 00356).
Check in to the property is in the afternoon from 11:59 hrs onward . NB on back to back bookings there may be maid services between 11:00am and 13:hrs)

is strictly before 11:30 hrs
(morning) unless agreed otherwise. A supplement of 1 night may be added if you
stay at the property after
noon.
In some cases you may be allowed to leave your bags at the property to make way
for the maid to clean up for the next guests and re-collect your bags later in
the afternoon . This is subject to agreement with the caretaker or person you
have booked your accommodation with.
Return of Keys on departure- When you are leaving the property on
your departure date, please leave the keys on the front table or dining table or
, where applicable on the door key holder usually just behind the front entrance

Agreement between the client as per booking voucher details , the person paying for the Reservation and EuroResort Inv. Ltd. The Booking will only be valid when you receive our official booking voucher, after securing your booking with a valid deposit payment and settle the balance in full not later than 45 days prior to your arrival /check in date. Different forms of payment may incur different charges (which will be not more than 3 % of the total amount payable) that will be added to the total amount payable to EURORESORT INV. LTD MALTA. EURORESORT INV. LTD MALTA disclaims any responsibility, direct or indirect , for the suitability or otherwise of any of the advertised properties in regard to persons with disabilities, physical or otherwise. Any changes in the number of persons booked or any other changes requested after booking may be subject to extra charges- Please inform us if there are any changes before you arrive. The property is to be used for holiday accommodation only for the number of persons specified in your reservation & not for any commercial activity, party, disco. Failure to abide by these terms and conditions may lead to immediate cancellation of your stay and may be asked by the owner/manager/ agent representative to leave the property immediately without any right to claim a refund. We are sure you will derive much pleasure during your stay at the property, as you also may explore the idyllic countryside beaches, towns & villages . Like everything else, the enjoyment of this property, entails certain responsibilities on your part. The owner, caretaker , may inspect the property during the daytime- You will be informed beforehand so as not to cause any inconvenience. You are responsible to lock the all entries to the property and turn OFF all lights when you leave the premises. Family & any temporary guests visiting should be encouraged to exercise self discipline & avoid damage or accidents. The Collection of the property Keys are usually handed over by our representative /authorised driver on arrival at the Malta airport or Gozo heliport meeting you just outside customs. Loss of keys may incur you to pay a fine of up to LM25- Return of Keys -When you are leaving the property on your departure date please leave the keys on the front table or dining table or , where applicable on the door key holder usually just behind the front entrance door. During your stay Please ensure to manage & use this property as you would do in your own home... i.e. the proper care & attention of ''an owner''. Linnen & bathroom towels are provided, however if you wish to bring your own, you are free to do so. This also applies for bathroom towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Any bathroom towels used as beach towels is not correct , therefore spoiling them may incur a fine payable by the person who has booked or paid for the property rental with us. Whilst every effort has been taken to describe the property in sufficient correctness, detail & clarity to enable the interested persons to make a proper choice / decision about his holiday accommodation, as also every effort to respond truthfully & well to each query raised by the said persons, & to make the holiday comfortable & enjoyable -The Owners, House Managers, Company, its Representatives or Agents, can not accept any liability or legal responsibility in the event that the holiday or any portion thereof is hampered or otherwise rendered difficult or disappointing or spoilt because of weather conditions, governmental or state-authority activities, new regulations affecting the property , public feasts, manifestations or public or private works of any kind occurring at the appointed holiday time in the vicinity … being items over which there can be no control by the Owners & others concerned. However every effort will be made to minimize any such nuisances if they do occur, at no extra charge to the Lessees. Furthermore, if, as a result of any of the above reasons or other "force majeur" should the Lessee &/or his/her guests decide to abandon the Property, the provision of alternative accommodation will be his/her responsibility & no compensation can be claimed or given for any additional cost incurred, & neither will any refund of rental, in whole or in part, be possible. LOSS OR DAMAGE- Negligence, Misuse , Losses or Damages incurred to the property , common parts, appliances, or its contents , accidental or not, will be noted, & subject to payment on demand . It is also herby being declared by the undersigned that his/her credit card details or other form of guaranteed payment are to be provided as a as a security guarantee ,so that in case of any- Negligence, Misuse , Loss or Damage is incurred to the property, whether accidental or not, to be charged to the abovementioned card account covering the replacement cost or expenses incurred to the property. When paying by credit card, the same credit card details used to pay for this booking may be used as a security guarantee. Failure to provide a security guarantee may lead to immediate cancellation of this reservation without the right to any form of refund of payments already paid for the reservation. There is an inventory of the property contents! ,including digital photographs of each & every part of the property. Cancellations & Refunds: Guests may cancel their bookings. When this happens we start to incur costs & losses from the time a booking is confirmed/cancelled & the closer it is to check-in /arrival date, the less likely it is to re-sell your accommodation. So if guests/customers cancel we will make a charge & the later the cancellation the more that charge will be. Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Cancellation will be effective from the date it is received & acknowledged. It is recommended that any notification of cancellation is sent by recorded delivery post. Deposits are not refundable & the outstanding balance must be settled 45 days prior to check in arrival date. Failure to pay the balance due for the rental in time will automatically release the property for rental to someone else. Of coarse we will contact you to remind you of your balance due.. If you cancel on a date more than 46 days prior to arrival- Cancellation fee withheld by owner/agent is the deposit of 30% of the total rental amount due. If you cancel between 46 days & 0 days prior to arrival ,during your stay or before the scheduled check-out /departure date- Cancellation fee withheld is100%. Refunds: Should the property you have rented become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or because of severe damage , natural causes, we will 1st offer you an alternative property , if available at the time , otherwise we will refund you the equivalent of the nightly rate for the number of nights NOT consumed by your stay . The quality of accommodation is classified as standard holiday accommodation. Insurance: It is advisable to have travel insurance, in case you have to cancel your holiday or anything you may need to claim whilst on holiday. The company will not be responsible whatsoever for ANY injuries, healthcare, accidents whether minor or serious, whilst at the property or outside of the property during your stay. Flights- We do not sell flights as such, but can offer to book helicopter tickets to Gozo if required, on your behalf as an added service. If you want to book flights online however, you may try to book flights through the following links or your nearest flight agency. Otherwise please check out flights at your local flight/travel agent.
