Giulio's Restaurant
Overlooking picturesque Marsamxetto Harbour, Valletta bastions and Sliema
waterfront. Giulio's restaurant offers hotel guests and patrons daily buffet
breakfast from07.30 to 09.30. A variety of menu choices including a la carte,
selection of table d'hote, local and foreign dishes are proudly presented by our
chef and the kitchen brigade daily, from 18.30 hours with last order on 20.30
hours.
Hotel guests are offered special 20% discount on all
restaurant bills (excluding beverages). We normally advice residents to make
reservation as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment due to the
demand particularly during the summer season. Daily menus are available on
request from the reception desk.
Special evenings are organised also during the week.The
normal programme includes:
Monday - Oriental buffet dinner
Tuesday - Live Music entertainment in the Lounge Bar
Wednesday - Maltese cusine dinner
Thursday - Live Music entertainment in the Lounge Bar
Friday - Punch party hosted by the Management followed with a Curry buffet night
dinner
Saturday - Ballroom dancing

During summer months the hotel organises B.B.Q. dinners. In a romantic summer
ambience and warm Mediterranean nights scemic views of Valletta bastions and
harbour lights.You may dance to the music provided by our resident musician
while helping yourself to a selection from b.b.q. steak, fish or chicken. This
service is offered at no extra charge for those guests who are booked on half
and / or full board basis..
Ideally located on the 8th floor with its terrace overlooking
the sea, Giulio's is open from 9.00 hours to 21.00 hours serving snacks, home
made delicacies and special children's menu. (summer ). Giulio's Bar is open at
breakfast and dinner only during winter

Description:
The Resort :Sliema and St Julians resort are Malta's main coastal resort
towns and a heartland for shopping, entertainment and café life. Sliema is a key
commercial and residential area with some of Malta's newest hotels and
apartments. Tower Road is its 5Km promenade, full of shops, restaurants, banks,
supermarkets, Internet cafes, and day cruise boats. The road continues north to
St. Julians and Paceville and southward towards the Strand Gzira, Ta Xbiex ,
Msida and Valletta . Sliema, once a fishing town, began to develop in the early
20th century as small resort for wealthier Valletta residents. Their elegant
villas and town houses line the quieter back streets. The sea front from Gzira
to St Julian's, which offers first stunning views across to Valletta and then
open horizons, is a popular meeting place and ideal for walkers and joggers. St
Julian's and Paceville are Malta's main nightlife areas. Picturesque St Julian's
Bay, still used by fishermen, is lined with bougainvillea-clad cafés and
restaurants.
