Turkish hot tubs
A bit of personal pampering in the hot tub.

Having a steam or a sauna is a great way of relaxing and even for deep cleansing of the skin, however if you like an individual steam treatment then try our Turkish hot tubs. The head produces 70% of your body's heat so not having your head enclosed will enable your body to benefit without you feeling so hot.

We have two of the only Turkish hot tubs on the Island, so why not try the unique experience.

Each session lasts approx 25 minutes. Just purchase as many tokens as you like, close your eyes and relax.

Pool & jacuzzis
The ancient Romans got it right and so have we.

Enjoy a palm tree oasis in the middle of Sliema

We have a heated sweetwater indoor pool with two large Jacuzzis. Constant filtration and circulation assure optimal water quality at all times. Relaxing background music to create the right relaxing atmosphere.

You don't have to live in Rome to enjoy the benefits of a quality spa.

Sauna
The Sauna - Reserve at least half an hour for the sauna, preferably an hour or more, so you have ample time to relax. Take a shower. Enter the sauna, you may want to use a small towel to sit on. Sit back for a few minutes and let the heat permeate your body and open the pores of the skin. You may adjust the air moisture by throwing water on the stones of the heater.
Step into the changing room to cool down, maybe take another shower - cooler this time - to get thoroughly clean.

You may go back to the heat a few times, taking your time to relax and enjoy the warmth.

Finally shower and allow yourself to cool and dry properly before clothing yourself.

Follow the sauna with a peaceful rest and a drink.

Aromatherapy massage
Aromatherapy massage has been around thousands of years, in fact since the ancient Egyptians period during the pryamid building years. The ancient Egyptians considered massage using essential oils an important part of therapeutic healing.
Extracting essential oils from plants flowers and herbs and releasing their healing properties. Combine mother nature's precious gifts with the skillful hands of a professional therapist and relax whilst your aching and tired muscles are soothed. Relax whilst the oils soak into your body and the hands releasing the toxins. Take an hour or a half hour massage to take away the stress of life.

Everyone deserves to try an aromatherapy massage at least once in their life.
