Marfa Malta:
Description: Marfa, a district of Mellieha is the peninsula
marking the north-west limits of Malta. It is known for its busy embarkation
point at Cirkewwa to the Gozo ferry and the Comino boat. High on top of Marfa
ridge is St Agatha's Tower, also known as the Red Tower, erected by the Knights
in 1649. The White Tower stands at Ahrax Point. The whole Marfa peninsula was
well fortified in colonial days and remains of the defensive walls are a common
sight in the area

Getting to
Marfa and Cirkewwa:
To get to the Hotel in Marfa ,From Malta International Airport, follow signs all
the way to “Gozo”, as though you were going to take the ferry from Cirkewwa,
when you drive past the Mellieha Beach (locally known as the “Ghadira tal
Mellieha”) you will drive up a hill, at the top of the hill is a statue of the
Madonna (Holy Mary), take road to your right and drive up until you see the
Ramla Bay Garden Hotel Sign. The most northern tip of the island is where you
find Cirkewwa on the left and Marfa on the right. The Ramla Bay Hotel is in
Marfa. Don`t drive down to Cirkewwa itself, as although you will see the hotel,
there is no access by car from here, because of the private beach and bay that
separates the Riviera Hotel and the Ramla Bay hotel from each other
